The calculators process the figures you enter in your browser. This release does not send calculator inputs to a Solar Panel Calculator database or store them in browser local storage. If you use a URL with calculator parameters, those parameters may appear in browser history and in hosting request logs. Avoid placing personal identifiers in URLs.
Technical and hosting data
Hosting services may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider’s own retention and access policies also apply. This release does not include a visitor analytics script, marketing pixel, account registration or contact-form backend.
Cookies and advertising
This release does not load AdSense or non-essential analytics cookies. Advertising is not currently active. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize advertising based on such visits.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn about other participating vendors’ choices at AboutAds choices. Before ads or tracking are activated, the publisher must identify actual vendors, update this policy and implement applicable consent requirements.
Consent and regional choices
No advertising consent banner is shown while non-essential services are inactive. If ads are enabled for users in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the publisher must implement Google’s required certified consent management platform. A generic cookie notice alone is not a substitute. Applicable US state privacy choices must also reflect the actual services and data practices used.

External references have their own privacy policies. Following them may disclose your IP address and normal browser request information to the destination. Solar Panel Calculator does not control those sites.
